We booked this place as the reviews were great. Well the reviews were spot on. We stayed in the duplex room with views over the city. The room was very clean (apart from bathroom extractor but wasn't to fussed about that). The hotel reception staff was friendly attentive. Even let us check in early which very kind The hotel it's self was in a good location very quiet with plenty of shops and resturants nearby. I would happily recommend this hotel and would return again

overall, quite happy with this hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were decorated nicely and they were very clean. Complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. Everything worked well, the shower was warm and powerful, fully stocked mini bar, large and comfy bed. the location was decent, being at the bottom end of the old town, but being close enough to walk to all the attractions. Only slight negatives would be the breakfast and the street noise. The breakfast was basic, which is ok for some people, but there were no bananas, butter, or even orange juice on one of the mornings. There seem to be many similar comments about all the hotels in this area regarding the noise from the bin lorries. At 4:50am every morning, the bins on the street would be emptied by bin lorries, waking us up every morning to the sound of smashing glass. Whilst it isn't the fault of the hotel, perhaps the hotels in the area should get together to talk to the council and ask for later collections, if many of the hotel guests are commenting on the same inconvenience.

Amazing hotel and perfect location for all of Vilnius but especially old town ,the airport and day tripping to Latvia etc. comfortable, quite and very clean. Staff was AWESOME and super helpful for plans and last minute questions. The breakfast was well worth it and had something for all the different “eaters” in my family. I would not hesitate to stay here again and again (and again)!

Struttura consigliata, in bellissimo edificio.
Abbastanza vicina alla stazione.
La camera era un po' più piccola di quello che mi aspettavo, così come il bagno, ma entrambi erano molto belli, confortevoli e caldi. Ho apprezzato in particolare il rivestimento in marmo del bagno.
Nella stanza per mio gusto personale avrei messo delle luci più calde, perché in generale l'illuminazione dei vari lampadari era molto fredda, ma quello è solo una preferenza soggettiva.
Intorno si trovano molti ristoranti e caffè.
La colazione viene servita in ambiente sotterraneo: probabilmente suggestivo, ma abbastanza scomodo perché i tavoli sono pochi e quando finisce lo spazio disponibile era necessario salire le scale con i piatti e bicchieri in mano. Avrei aggiunto anche qualche opzione dolce in più e la cioccolata calda.
In generale mi sono piaciuti molto gli spazi comuni (menzione speciale per il bagno a piano terra!)
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Warm welcome, very nice and clean room. Comfortable bed. As far as I know, you can also rent a bicycle for driving around the city. Very good breakfast with a great choice for every taste. The location is perfect. There are many places in the immediate area that are worth seeing.

Really great location, perfect stylish and spotless room 👏 was easy to check in, the staff was very professional, kind and helpful. Would recommend for business and leisure travel. Only caution some rooms require several flights of stairs to be reached.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect, but can be a bit loud at night if you keep the windows open as it's located on a street where lots of people pass by.
