Hotel Pacai, Vilnius, a Member of Design Hotels

Good location ! The car can park there overnight. Stayed in the standard room. The mirror in the bathroom is hanging up so high. I can only see my eyes. May be I am too short.

My husband and I spent 3 nights here in a lovely room with a huge window (almost the whole wall!) - room 324. What we liked: - the room was well appointed - desk, comfortable chairs and bed, good and easy to control lighting, nice large bathroom with Molton Brown products. It didn’t feel like ”every other hotel” - the key envelope helpfully provides breakfast hours, checkout time, and the wifi password (why don’t more hotels think to do this??) - the staff were super nice. Example: we arrived late in the evening and went to the bar for some pre-bedtime refreshments, and I wanted ice cream. The waiter said ”I think the kitchen is closed, but let me see what I can do” (and listed the flavors they likely might have). Then he brought me ice cream when he brought my husband’s drink. (And it was lovely!). - the breakfast room wasn’t too crowded, and there was a menu on the table to order more hot items (included in the buffet) - everything was very clean and felt fresh - location, location, location! This could not have been more central to all the things you want to do in Vilnius, and we were super happy with the location. What could be better: - for a supposed 5* hotel, I missed turn-down service. I would have liked our towels, water bottles, etc., to be refreshed. - two of our three mornings, we got to breakfast about 15 minutes before it was scheduled to end, and several items (e.g., scrambled eggs, bacon) were already empty, and I was told they wouldn’t be refreshed. If we’d gotten there after the scheduled time, I’d expect that - but not within the scheduled hours. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and would choose it again!

A very impressive hotel on the exterior with a great location in the old town. The problem we had was that the interior of our room did not match the ambiance of the outside of the hotel. The room was very small and the view was half blocked by an exterior wall. I would have upgraded to a higher level room had I known. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Waited for 10 min. Or so. No one served us, no menu, nothing. We have been their clients since 2017. We believe that we were discriminated because of Lithuanian language. Foreigners are served at all times.

Very good service. Large comfortable room. Cleaned and serviced very well everyday. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Nice buffet breakfast. Excellent location in the old town. Has a very nice cafe joined on with amazing cakes.
