My stay was lovely. The friendly staff, clean comfottable rooms , exellent breakfast and location . This was my second time at Narutis
hotel, defenetly not the last one. I can honestly recomend this hotel.

El Hotel está muy auténtico y cómodo, la sala de desayuno es del siglo 16, muchas plantas, decoraciones y luz. Nos encantó la estancia y personal fue muy amable resolviendo todas las dudas. Specialmente gracias a la chica de la recepción Ieva que ha hecho la estancia en hotel muy agradable.
Volveremos sin duda!

Das ist eines der besten Stadthotels, das wir kennen. Die Lage ist perfekt: mitten in der Altstadt, an einer der Hauptstraßen, aber trotzdem ruhig und gut schallisoliert, mit dem eigenen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist freundlich bis sehr freundlich, insbesondere der Portier ist sehr nett. Ein kleiner, aber für das Stadthotel sehr gut ausgestatteter Spa-Bereich. Gutes umfangreiches Frühstück, das im Preis enthalten ist. Das perfekte Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Man muss beachten, dass die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz über eine andere Straße erfolgt, die man erst finden muss. Aber der Portier ist mit uns gefahren und uns den Weg gezeigt. Der Aufzug ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Und das Reinigungspersonal hat aus den uns nicht verständlichen Gründen die Zimmerkarte, die auf dem Zimmer war, mitgenommen. Insgesamt war es aber alles nicht so schlimm, wir würden bestimmt hier wieder übernachten.

I have stayed in this Hotel many times, however, this was one of the worst stays. It was not clean as usual,there were hair on the bathroom floor, dust. TV vires handing on the wall and super old not fully functioning curtains. I understand that some rooms are better than others and we were unlucky this time, however, no matter what room you stay in it should always be clean.
