Check in was a breeze and was greeted by Justas, who has an amazing smile and was really helpful, showing me Vilnius map and saying hi every time we meet. Such service surpass many of the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Room was clean and has: shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap, body lotion, cotton pad, kettle, cups, mini fridge, normal Europe plugs and usb A and C chargers, TV, nice pillows (4 in total), towels. There’s no bathrobes, WiFi sometimes drops off during peak hours but one is not supposed to be staying in the comfortable room but should be out exploring. Love this hotel and will stay here again if I’m in Vilnius.

Positiv: Modernes Hotel, geräumiges Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Gute Wifi-Verbindung. Kleiner Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ausreichendes Frühstück. Kleines gut ausgestattetes Gym. Negativ: Etwas ringhörige Zimmer (Duschen der Zimmernachbarn hörbar, ebenfalls das Schlagen von Türen auf dem Gang). Im Frühstücksraum war es sehr kalt. Es hatte kaum frische Früchte. Der Fernseher im Zimmer funktionierte nicht zuverlässig. Der Room service könnte besser sein (zweimalig wurde das Toilettenpapier nicht nachgefüllt, einmal wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt trotz aufgehängtem Schild an der Türe).

The hotel was renovated last year and they did a tremendous job. It's fantastic, well priced with excellent service. The manager Vitaljus treats his guests as if they're family. The rooms are nice, clean, modern and spacious. As a testament to this hotel, I stayed here on my own budget both before and after attending a conference that booked the Radisson Astorijus down the street. I preferred this hotel to the Radisson as it is a simpler unpretentious option with some of the best service I have experienced while traveling. Would definitely book again if and when I am back in Vilnius.

After staying in Vilnius for over a week, this hotel is hands down the best! Not only is it within a 6 minute walk to Old Town, the prices are reasonable, the restaurant is great, and the the staff is overwhelming friendly. We moved hotels after road tripping Lithuania, and chose to come back here due to the exceptional service and spacious modern rooms. Janus at the front desk is absolutely fabulous, offering help and assistance and a cheery disposition, plus there is always someone at the front desk to assist. The restaurant is convenient and the waitstaff is prompt and gracious. Coming from North America this was but when I come back to Vilnius I will be most definitely be staying here!

3 nights at Conti Hotell was a pleasant experience. Good location, only a few minutes' walk from the old town with sights and restaurants. The hotel is recommended.

A nice, clean hotel, newly renovated. The staff is very nice. Prices are decent. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the heating. I had to do real detective work to figure out how not to freeze to death in Lithuanian winter, and it took me a while to figure out there is a button to turn on floor heating (it’s located next to the front door, on the bottom of the wall (you’re welcome btw). Perfect location, close to everything.

Conveniently located within a walking distance to the city center or bus/train station. Affordable price. Very friendly stuff.
Room was nice and quiet, had everything needed for a short time stay.
