Es un buen lugar para qued**** unos días. Está muy bien ocupado y atienden bien. Desayunos simple y bueno. Habitaciones muy pequeñas, sin TV. Lamentablemente hay hay habitaciones donde se escucha muy claro los pasos de piso superior. Buena limpieza y sin estacionamientos.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, además el servicio y el personal muy amable y acogedor. Las instalaciones muy limpias y el desayuno muy muy rico y contundente. Sin duda volveré la próxima vez que esté de visita por Viña.

Me quede en este hotel gracias a la buena referencia que me dio una amiga. Y fue lejos lo mejor, quede feliz. Primero por la súper buena ubicación de estar a cuadras de todo viña. Al llegar, el personal que atiende el hotel es muy amable y servicial. El servicio de cafetería que tiene el hotel, tanto para personas al paso como para personas que se quedan en el hotel, es buenísimo y muy variado. Desayuno variado y contundente. Y por último, y lo más importante para mí, es la limpieza. Baños impecables y cama son toda la ropa y sábanas blancas. Yo le daría un 10/10 y lógicamente volveré!!

Nos quedamos en este Hotel en nuestro viaje a un matrimonio de amigos en Viña del mar. Buscamos algo cerca a la iglesia, algo decente y no caro. Nos gustó la ubicación, 15 minutos de la costa y 15 a Terminal Viña. Limpia la habitación, Muy buena la grifería (Grohe, Neubad y Gala), grande desayuno con café cortado, jugo, tosts de pan recién hecho, y ect. Muy atento servicio del hotel, muy respetoso y ayudante! No había jabón para manos, ni pasta de dientes, ni cepillas, pero sí, habían jabón liquido para ducha, shampoo y hair condicioner. Hay un poquito desorden en el patio, podría ser un lugar bonito para desfrutar y descansar. Las cortinas no son black-out, asi que dificil qued**** dormir en la mañana. Y el ultimo - no fue muy claro como pagar por la reserva, la hice por booking, pero no ingresaba mis datos de tarjeta, y me preocupé y empecé a buscar la información sobre como pagar, y la encontré muy muy abajo en los correos del hotel diciendo que hay que hacer la transferencia bancaria dento de 48 horas para no perder la reserva. menos mal lo chaché y hicé la transferencia y no perdí mi reserva. Ademas me mandaron unos mensajes extraños de hotel, diciendo que si cancelo mi reserva por booking y hago por ellos directamente - me ofrecen una habitación mejor, pero me pareció raro cancelar mi reserva y no hice nada.
