I was in room 501, it gives a view of the city sector and partially of the sea.
The positive: It is a fairly clean hotel, clearly connected to the ******, a good bar fridge, breakfast included with several options. A few steps from public transportation, restaurants and the coastal road between Viña, Valparaiso, Reñaca, Concon. The Internet speed (wifi) is excellent
What I liked least: Upon arriving at the hotel, the service of the first receptionist was not at all what I expected, apparently she was new to the hotel, but even so, she seemed to be more interested in her cell phone than in assisting us, her colleague was very kind. He completed the registration process and taught the apparently new receptionist how to finish it, however she did not seem very interested in learning, rather on her cell phone.
In the room, and I don't know why, the hotel had transformed the sofa into a bed that we didn't need.
The room did not have or I could not find USB ports or plugs near the bed to charge our cell phones. You are forced to sleep with the curtains closed, since the hotel has spotlights on the terrace of the room that illuminate it completely and obviously do not let you sleep, so forget about wanting to wake up with the view of the sea. And while it's completely personal, I don't like it when the bellboy tells you "you need me to help you," since I really don't need it, instead I should say, "I would like to help you or I can help you."

Stay ok, not for what it is supposed to be. There was no roomservice menu available and the wifi is horrible. I needed to do my work online and I couldn't due to the poor quality of the internet.
Regular cleaning. Good view that stands out. Food ok but there were flies at the buffet.

I was there from Nov 16 to 19, 2023 for work reasons. The hotel looked poorly maintained on the outside, starting at the entrance with a broken floor and exterior paint in poor condition. The receptionists were not very friendly. The rooms are very spacious, as are the bathrooms, and the breakfast is excellent. A plus point is the pool, the sea view and the gym area.

We went to celebrate and we found a hotel that still lives from its glorious past. The spaces, the staff service, the view and the excellent location. Leaving this aside, the hotel is in urgent need of maintenance. Broken entrance floors, unpainted walls, dirty windows, room furniture in poor condition, breakfast service good but not 5 stars, synthetic avocado, poor quality ham, unnatural juices. I visited the hotel 10 years ago and clearly they have not put a single penny into it in all these years. It's a shame because despite everything, it's still a great hotel. SAVE HIM
