Pullman Vina del Mar San Martín

Overall, it was okay. The hotel was acceptable, but surprisingly, only the first two bottles of water in the room were free; you had to pay extra for the rest. The rooftop bar and pool were nice, with great views. There were also restaurants nearby, which was very convenient.

Extremely inflated. It's not worth what it is. Maybe it looks like the photos... but in person it's something else entirely. The bed creaks more than my knees. Breakfast and staff were excellent, no complaints there.

I also stayed at this hotel last year and was really happy with it, which is why we returned this year. But this year it wasn't the same. The shower in my room was leaking water all the way to the bed. There was also a leak in the sink, which I obviously reported. They went to fix it, but it wasn't completely fixed, so the leak continued. They came back again, and it wasn't completely fixed. In short, it wasn't very comfortable. After informing them of the situation, they offered me a room change, but to a smaller one, which I declined. The solution they gave me was to stay there and they would give me more towels to dry the water. That was bad. The good thing is the location, very close to the beach, which makes a lot of things easier. I don't know if I would go back...

We were at the terrace bar, next to the pool, everyone was very friendly and I had some very delicious juices.

Everything was fine, but the pool service was a bit bad, and the parking issue was also bad. The rest was ok Recommended for the value on a trip

Very good location, excellent hotel. Very good room for a couple and a daughter. Spectacular restaurant and bar. Exceptional service.
