It's an older hotel and the room was a little smaller than her sister property in Curico, but the room was clean & comfortable. Parking was safe and easy. The hotel overlooks the water channel, and is within 2 blocks of the oceanfront boardwalk. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff was very efficient and helpful.

Hôtel très mal situé, quartier inhospitalier avec un seul restaurant à proximité ( 10mn à pied ) . Chambre assez grande, salle de bain correcte. Retard de 25 mn dans l'ouverture du restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner : prévue à 6h30, effective à 6h55 malgré notre insistance; inadmissible quant le départ pour l'aéroport est fixé à 7h30..

Detalles de mantenimiento de la infraestructura quitan valor a la experiencia. No es posible cargar un consumo en el comedor a la habitación, por lo que hay que cancelar en forma inmediata. Tampoco es posible llevar un café a la habitación. Sí facilitan gratis agua hervida, pero el pasajero debe aportar la taza o recipiente para llevarlo a la habitación. Se debe cancelar la totalidad de la estadía al momento del Chek- in. Las almohadas son durísimas y altas, ... no las pudimos usar. El hotel no tiene solución para reemplazarlas por un formato usual. Parte del personal no proporciona un trato agradable, otros son un 7. La seguridad es otra área que preocupa. Cada vez que llegábamos al hotel tipo 3 de la mañana, saludábamos el recepcionista y pasábamos sin control alguno. Lamentablemente, la relación precio calidad no hace recomendable este servicio.
