Excelente lugar muy tranquilo y una atención muy buena, el desayuno que ofrecen es rico acceso al reloj de flores y a la playa. Las personas del hotel son muy amables y atienden cualquier inquietud o duda que tenga el huésped en el momento. Recomendado

Fuimos casi en el peak del verano por el Festival de Viña, el hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación cerca de bares y restaurantes de moda, también a 15-20 minutos de zonas como el reloj de flores o el sheraton, y o playas de Viña; otro punto a favor es que la zona(calle) en donde se encuentra es muy tranquila y familiar, por lo que es bastante segura y tiene un mirador si sigues caminando por la misma calle y también un museo. Los colaboradores son sumamente preocupados por que tengas una grata experiencia en tu estadía, son muy simpáticos y atentos. El desayuno es exquisito y muy contundente! Cuentan con un par de juegos clásicos de mesa en la zona común y café/té hielo las 24 hrs. El único pero, es que no cuentan con estacionamiento por lo que debes dejar el auto en la calle y el ruido del otro lado de la calle de algunos bares era hasta muy tarde, pero no tuvimos problema con eso. Me gustó, iría nuevamente!

DO NOT STAY HERE. On arrival the owner asked if we would like him to charge us through ***********. We preferred to use a credit card and agree the amount there and then but he pretended to not be able to (we later saw several credit card machines in the office). All we could do was to confirm a price verbally to ensure it did not include VAT, which foreigners do not pay. Over a week later we were overcharged approximately 35 US dollars - around 22% higher than agreed, thus including VAT and a further overcharge. Neither the hotel or parent company responded to messages to refund appropriately. *********** should not allow hotels to charge more than the agreed price, and have not satisfactorily handled our request for assistance. As well as underhand practices, further reasons not to stay include the relatively expensive price; no 'do not disturb sign'; checking of the room when we left; and, a pretty poor breakfast in which you were given no choice in what fruit, jam, egg or coffee you were given.
