fue pésimo el servicio, la cama era super incomoda, el agua salía helada, no me gusto para nada, creo que nunca había estado en un hotel tan malo como este, nunca volvería a no ser que cambien la jefatura, porque la que hay actualmente es muy mala

Excelente lugar me encantó, comodidad, ubicación, instalaciones limpieza, el personal muy atento y amable, pasamos un año nuevo de ensueños,. La relación precio calidad es inigualable, comparado a otros lugar que pagamos el triple y el servicio dejaba mucho que desear.

Muchas gracias por hacernos enamorar nuevamente de viña del mar, el hotel es excelente, tranquilo con una decoración de muy buen gusto, todo el personal tiene muy buena educación y son muy amables. Todo es perfecto: Las camas son cómodas, el lugar es limpio, tiene buena ventilación, la ducha funciona excelente, el desayuno es contundente y rico, la ubicación también es muy buena. Recomendaría este hotel muchas veces y nos encantaría volver cuanto antes.

Fue una experiencia muy linda con mi esposa, el lugar muy acogedor, limpio, tranquilo y una excelente atención de las personas que allí trabajan, el desayuno muy rico, la habitación impecable, los espacios del hotel son super lindos y las terrazas son espectaculares.
