El 14 de Noviembre 2023 hicimos una reserva de 2 habitaciones para pasar el fin de semana de año nuevo en este hotel pero para sorpresa de nosotros cuando llegamos al hotel nos informan que cancelaron la reserva de forma unilateral y sin previo aviso. Esta reserva fue realizada por Internet con código Pin y localizador. Además tomé la precaución de validarlo por wsp ya que tenía 2 habitaciones asignadas. Es de una incompetencia y poco profesionalismo tal que nos hace pensar que se quedan con los huéspedes que van pagando más por día.

Stayed two nights here. Great location for seeing the sights of Viña del Mar and also getting buses into Valparaiso and the bus station to Santiago. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Not really a castle and definitely not medieval but a very nice building with bedrooms separate to the main area. Lovely gardens to relax in at night and use of the restaurant microwave/crockery etc. Staff were very pleasant and we LOVED Martina, the cat. A fun place with a pull bell to get in and also clothes to dress up in if you want a giggle. The ‘medieval’ piped music was also a nice touch. Breakfast is semi outside and with a nice choice of mainly cold food. WiFi was also good as was a/c. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this oasis of tranquility.

Tras 6 meses con una reserva confirmada de 2 habitaciones. Nos la anularon cuando faltaban 20 días para la llegada, con la excusa de un fallo en la tarjeta de crédito. Tras hablar con el hotel querían que volviera a reservar al doble de precio de mi reserva. Poco profesionales. No son nada de fiar.

Ambientación y espacios comunes del hotel espectaculares, muchos lugares para sac**** fotos y música acorde, buen desayuno tambien. La habitación dejaba mucho que desear, oscura, húmeda y ruido del goteo del aire acondicionado, se sentían resortes en el colchón
