The room is clean, well-equipped, and the kitchen allows you to cook your own meals. The service is very good.

I have stayed here many times. The room is very clean, the kitchenette is very practical, and the transportation is quite convenient. The gym has been under repair for a long time and should be open now. The only thing I don't understand is the water purifier, which is just for display and can't be used in every room.

Updated flat that is exceptionally clean and well-equipped kitchen. Leisurely 15 walk to train for travels into Paris. Multiple bakeries, groceries, and restaurants nearby. Bonus are the beautiful flowering trees and massive park. We received the best recommendations for things to do and detailed info for trains and metro. Wonderful place for both couples and families of all ages.

Quaint studio apar**ent, clean building in a lovely suburb of Paris. Grocery store close by and about a 15 minute walk to train stations. Very helpful staff and excellent fitness room on site. Apar**ents are clean with adequate storage space. Kitchen has all of the appliances needed but was a bit sp**** on supplies such as dishes, silverware, cooking supplies and instructions for use.

Royal was a perfect place to visit Paris, We love it these days, we can buy anything in the grocery store near the hotel. The station was not near, but we did not have a problem with this because we walked all the time.

Unit was conveniently located near Vincennes Metro station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unit was very comfortable and clean. Stayed in March so lack of A/C was not an issue. We would definitely be willing to stay here again.

Stayed via Hilton Grand Vacations for 7 nights. Welcoming front desk that spoke English. Neat room with wine glasses, plates, and cookware. Soft bed. Close to grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants. Walk a few blocks and grab the Metro 1 line to Paris.

The environment is very quiet, and there is a big supermarket nearby, which makes life convenient.It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to vinncesses metro station.The reception staff was very welcoming and the rooms were cleaned with due diligence. It is my first choice for hotels in the fontenay area.
