Accidentally booked this hotel and called within minutes of the accidental booking. Went back and forth with hotel and ******* on the phone and both assured me I’d get a refund. Days went by and of course I got nothing back and an email from them saying there’s nothing they can do.

The room was immaculate. Loved the personal care supplies.
The bed was the BEST sleep I've had ina long time.
Breakfast was good. Was thankful for a warm meal before heading out on my trip.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, which are always my first two things to judge when staying in a hotel.
The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
We did wish breakfast started at earlier, but nothing to change our great experience.

We love staying here when we're in town. The staff is attentive and friendly. Housekeeping is always accommodating. Breakfast selection is sufficient. Location is convenient for us to get to all of the places we want to get to.

I paid $200 for one night with a $100 deposit & the first room they gave me was absolutely filthy!! Trash everywhere, blankets off the bed, it smelled awful in there & beds were dirty!! I had to complain to front desk to get a new room!! Never will stay here again.
