KEZAN VINH HOTEL

The room is good.

The hotel is large, and the interior is nice. The rooms were spacious, and the service was quite good. Most importantly, the buffet breakfast was incredibly abundant; there was a wide variety to choose from, and it tasted excellent. I highly recommend this aspect!

Having stayed in 200 hotels for business and leisure, this is the first time I've encountered a hotel like this. They wouldn't let us bring food to our rooms, forcing us to eat in the lobby. At 1 AM, everyone was eating late-night snacks in the cold lobby. The front desk staff were extremely rude, saying that bringing food into the hotel would dirty the rooms and that the furniture was worth 100 million Vietnamese dong. Let's see what furniture in your hotel is worth 100 million Vietnamese dong? This is a complete insult to our dignity. This is the first time in three years I've given a bad review to a hotel. This kind of hotel, this kind of service?!

The owner is from Hubei and has been in Vietnam for many years. The handsome receptionist speaks Mandarin. The room facilities are basic, and the cleanliness could be improved. Vinh City is quite nice; Wang Bo's temple and tomb are in a seaside village about 20 kilometers away.

I booked a 3-day, 2-night hotel stay for over 1.9 million VND through an app. Each night, there was no hot water, and they couldn't even change rooms. I spent the whole day feeling frustrated and annoyed. Around midnight, I had to take a taxi to another hotel to shower and rest. The receptionist said they would refund the money if I left my bank account number, but yesterday they said the app hadn't paid the hotel yet. Today they said they could only refund 200-300k VND. So I spent that much money sleeping from 6 am to 9 pm. A terrible experience. Extremely frustrated, I will leave a negative review on all platforms. I hope this happens to future customers who spent money on advertising.

Lần đầu đến đây, khá ấn tượng với không gian khách sạn rộng rãi, sạch sẽ. Phòng tuy có hơi nhỏ chút ( cảm nhận cá nhân ) nhưng đầy đủ tiện nghi, sạch sẽ. Nằm ở vị trí trung tâm nên đi đâu cũng thuận tiện. Sẽ ghé lại lần sau nếu có dịp quay lại
