Khách sạn đã quá cũ, vòi hoa sen yếu, điện thì nhấp nháy chập chờn. Ấm nước thì đun mãi không sôi. Mình ở 2 đêm mà ngày thứ 2 không dọn dẹp phòng dù mình đã yêu cầu. Giảm bớt công đoạn dọn dẹp. Sảnh thì không có điều hoà. Trong phòng thì điều hoà kém chất lượng. Mình sẽ không quay lại lần 2.

This is a very good value for money hotel. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Very good front desk and housekeeping service. Breakfast is provided, but food available were mostly the same during my 2 days stay. Vietnamese cuisine but hope that there can be some variety. There is fried egg available, but would hope for choice of eggs, such as omelette, scrambled eggs etc.

The whole experience was okay. I hope that the hotel can also focus on cleaning their air-conditioning because I am allergic to dust and I was sneezing lots of times so I checked out earlier.

Khách sạn nhìn chung cũng khá ổn, buffet sáng hợp vs giá tiền. Thang máy hơi chậm nhưng với mức vậy cũng ok. Có thể cân nhắc quay lại.
Địa điểm đi lại khá thuận lợi, gần ga tàu và đối diện chợ ga, nằm trong trung tâm tiện di chuyển
Có một điểm là Nghệ An nóng quá mà máy lạnh lúc mạnh lúc yếu kiểu như bị hết pin mà không thay :((
