Mercedes at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was patient, detailed about the amenities on the property, efficient, and accurate! I really enjoyed her at the front desk. There is a young man that assisted as well apologies
I can’t remember his name but he was on the shift with Mercedes at time of my arrival.

The morning Breakfast was great. It was so nice waking up to a hearty breakfast of eggs and Sausage, grits, oa**eal, cereal, muffins, yogurt, English Muffins and so much more. My room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Every staff member was very polite ands sociable. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

First I want to say the staff were very friendly, helpful and considerate! Everyone we encountered gave amazing service! The room was not what I expected from Hilton. This is an old apar**ent complex turned into hotel. So there are buildings and your door opens to the outside. You can tell they did this on the cheap because there was an old 90’s ceiling fan still in the bedroom! Gross popcorn ceilings and rotten trim in the bathrooms. Want to let you know what you’re getting when you stay here! No one mentioned this in any review that I read.
