Hampton Inn by Hilton Atlanta NW Cumberland

Rooms were dirty and the property is rundown. Comforter on bed was filthy. Lumpy pillows. Tiles peeling off bathroom walls. Bathroom floor was very dirty. No daily towel service or toiletry checks. We did not have hot water for our first night stay. Staff were very nice.

I booked through ******* and maybe I did not read the fine print well enough, but had no idea I was going to be another charge once I got to the motel. Wasn't thrilled with that. The bed was comfy and pillow topped the pillows were like clouds and it was quiet. Almost as good as being at home :o)

Great stay. Staff was pleasant. Not far from mall so I had something to do in afternoons. Location was quite clean and comfortable. Pricing was fair and breakfast was wonderful. Gym was also nice and clean.Will stay again when in area for business.

My boyfriend and I came up for a Braves game and wanted to have somewhere to stay, the staff was nice and the location is good right by the mall.

We almost always try to stay at Hampton Inns. This one was bare bones and not the standard we are accustomed to in previous locations. It would also be nice in all Hampton Inns if there was a selection of pillows for firmness with all the pillows provided.

Property was fine tv didn’t work for the whole night

Friendly check in and front desk service. Interior very run down. Our room was missing the door to the adjacent room (so they could come into our room if they wanted). We changed rooms (hassle free). Both rooms were clean. Very dated and very worn out. At least 2 plugs in our room didn't work. We had shampoo, soap and no conditioner in the bathroom. Not noticed until already showering, got little tubes from the front desk. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Fruit was a little sad but not bad.

One night for a football game, okay for one night, bathroom wall appeared to have wet & warped Sheetrock, bathroom vanity not level, lavatory didn’t have a stopper, air conditioner made noise, room dated, no USB ports for charging

I rated this 1 star because of customer service as a Premier member. I had stayed at this hotel before and it’s ok. Not super ,but good enough for where it is. It’s near Truist park, the battery and the Cumberland Mall - so there’s that. But I would definitely call the day of your reservation to make sure you can actually stay there. I am a Diamond member in the Hilton program and I booked the hotel a week before- got confirmation email with reservation number. I have the app and my confirmation was on the app on my phone. The day before my reservation, I got an email confirming my stay and welcoming me to the property. Day of my reservation for business, I had a sales meeting and dinner and showed up with my belongings at 8 pm to be told they had no record of my stay. I showed the person at the front desk my app with the confirmation number - at which time, conveniently they found my reservation but they had NO rooms. Really???? I show them my confirmation and now they see my reservation? I thought at first no biggie- just give me a room- surely you have 1 room? I am a diamond member WITH a reserved confirmation! Told nope - no rooms. I had to find another hotel at the last minute. If they treat Diamond members like this I want to warm the rest of you that if they overbook your reservation means nothing obviously. Beware!! I was left to find another room nearby at8:30 pm. I stay out for business about 45 weeks a year 2-3 nights a week and this left such a bad impression to me that I refuse to stay at a Hilton property the rest of this year at the very least. They don’t deserve my money. I just feel compelled to let others know that beware of your reservation here It obviously means nothing to them.
