Good hygiene and very convenient

The service is extremely poor, and the front desk staff is very poor. I had booked a room for July 24 and 25 on Ctrip. On the day of check-in on the 24th, my son made another reservation on the official website for the 25th. I immediately went to the front desk to find the staff to deal with the problem. The reply I got was that the cancellation could not be processed at night and asked us to go to the front desk at 9 am on the 25th to deal with it. We went to the front desk on time at 9 am on the 25th to handle the cancellation procedures. I repeatedly asked the staff whether the cancellation had been made and got a confirmation reply, but my credit card had been deducted on the evening of the 25th. On the morning of the 26th, we went to the front desk to ask for the matter to be handled, but the front desk staff said that they could not cancel the order at all until the hotel manager came out to deal with it and sent us away hastily. Hilton Hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Dörren till rummet var väldigt tung. Extrasängarna var mycket svåra att fälla upp på väggen igen. Området är inte så kul men väldigt praktiskt. Gott bemötande från personalen!

Rummet var fint inrett och rent. Det enda vi tycker fattades var en hängare för ytterkläder och en dörrmatta. Fin frukost. Trevlig personal.

Hot in the room. Did not change. Hard beds. Otherwise clean and fresh. Good breakfast.

Fantastic breakfast buffet, the breakfast bags could have been a bit more fun with some toppings other than cheese. Nice modern hotel in top condition, clean and fresh. Friendly staff. Too bad the Chrome cast function didn't work, but they would fix it shortly when technicians arrive.
