Overall a good stay. Typical marriott service level. The breakfast was just ok and the only drawbacks to this location is food options are limited. Perfect if visiting zion and sweeping views of the mountains

Other hotel facilities are OK. Even the bath water is very small and not hot enough. The breakfast style is very simple, and the eggs need to be grabbed when the breakfast is nearing the end.

We are traveling with two children and the hotel was ideal for us. We had a two bed room and a bath. The hotel was new and also very clean! We would love to come back when we go to Zion National Park again.

This Inn is only 2 years old and is very nice. The male desk clerk can be rude at times. Our iron did not work in our room and we had to go down to the desk for a replacement. Otherwise no complaints. Breakfast is just ok. Porters in town is a good place to eat.

Descent stay - good value for money. the only down side is the number of plastic wasted. I noticed this at a few of the Marriot properties this trip. For breakfast plastic cups and cutlery only is handed out. I'can't imagine the wastage over the course of a year. My biggest recommendation for this hotel would be to move away from disposable cutlery, plates and cups for breakfast and in the rooms. Pool was heated and the hot tub was a welcome rest after two days of hiking!

Spectacular hotel in every way. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, incredible location with a wonderful.staff. All of this made our three day stay perfect. An amazing trip at an amazing hotel. Best Fairfield I’ve ever stayed at. We look forward to returning next year. As a lifetime titanium Bonvoy member I appreciated the recognition of my loyalty to Marriott.

Comfortable rooms with king size bed. Well kept and clean. Friendly staff. The down side is there is not much around. Good alternative if hotels are full in Springdale.
