The newly renovated rooms are excellent. The entire staff was extremely nice and went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met. Our company had a booking mixup but Mr. Matt and Nick went out of their way to take care of us and contacted our company to sort everything out. Breakfast was included with plenty of choices. All the housekeepers never failed to greet us with warm smiles. I have travelled to many different locations and this is one of the cleanest and quietest hotels to stay. Within a block there is a Mexican restaurant, Denny’s, and 7-Eleven.

I stay here while I'm working, hotel staff is friendly and room are nice. Hotel is being renovated 4th floor is done nee rooms are really nice! Gym was part of the upgrades. The hotel is close to a Mexican restaurant walking distance one of my favorite places to eat.

Overall my stay was very good. Matt was friendly, very accomodating and professional upon our arrival. The room that we stayed in #230 was clean and comfortable. The bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade. A couple holes in the walls and a very noisy, barely functioning fan were our only gripes. The breakfasts provided on both days were spectacular. Kudos to the cooks/chefs who provided us with meals. Service was on time and efficient. Checkout was quick and easy.

okie dokie, I have been waiting to post this. I was there about 35 hours and look what happened! my bed was infested by bed 🐞, 81 to be exact! It was awful and on my birthday no less! I’m still dealing g with the insurance company, let’s see what happens! I would never ever stay there again!

Went to check in and they would not accept my check card so I couldn’t even check in. Offered to pay in cash and do a different card for security and he said that was not acceptable. I will never stay with Hampton Inn again. Went right next door and the hotel had no problem at all with my card and saved me about 90$ as he gave me a discount for my inconvenience with Hampton Inn. It was 9pm in a city that I was traveling to with my daughter for a sports event and I cannot express the level of upset this caused to my daughter when I came out without a room. They should be ashamed of themselves!
