I will start by saying the hotel had a great location. Was unaware upon booking that $20 per day would be charged for parking. on our first night, I called the front desk because our remote was not working. I was told that engineering would visit, waited up until midnight, and that never happened, second day after unplugging the TV got the remote working by ourselves. Elevators were out of service off and on making it very uncomfortable to trust to get onto one… there was a sign up to use service elevator however that seemed to be annoying to most hotel staff as they needed to wait to bring their cleaning carts onto elevators. was told by many that elevators had been out of order for months. we spent five days at the hotel. The total was $1400 plus parking. The indoor pool was cold. The outdoor pool was colder…. neighboring hotels seem to have warm outdoor pools also had their fire tables lit…. observed this hotel had the same bottles of ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, and mayonnaise sitting on outdoor tables for our entire stay, however, outdoor tables were unavailable for the entire stay. at the end of the stay, my son purchased a gatorade from the lobby… it was $4.00. would not stay at this establishment again

The room was very nice. Loved the bathroom. Great view. What we did not like, I was not told that we had to ask for housekeeping. So the next day we had no coffee in the room because our room was not serviced. We thought it would be no big deal, we would get coffee from the lobby. Coffee is not made until 7am. I was not told we would have to pay for parking. So that was a surprise. Also did not know there was no continental breakfast. We ate at your restaurant. Made our order of omelets which cane with potatoes. When the food arrived we were told the potatoes needed more time. Ok, not a problem. When we were done with our meal potatoes were still not ready. We waited a bit but wanted to go. My husband went to pay the check and told the waitress to forget about the potatoes. It was not taken off the bill. It was not busy, there were only 3 other people there. Needless to say we found a place the next couple of days. Using the TV to checkout also does not work. Did not use the pool so can’t rate it.

We stayed for 2 nights. Had to park the car a block away for $20 a night which I was unaware of. The whole time there was long lines and wait to get on elevator because only one was working. Unacceptable for a 14 story hotel. I’m not sure if the pool was heated but never got over 73. Seems like every thing was broken and out of order. The 15 breakfast was the same that is included at Hampton Inns. We also had a pill on the floor of the bathroom. Could have been a huge issue if a child ate it. This hotel is seriously run down and needs an update.

Best Hilton I’ve stayed at and I’ve been to many thanks to the manager Hunter (I believe he is). He made the accommodation and stay welcoming as well as like home. Will return here anytime I am in VA beach area!

We saw this hotel in 2019 and decided to spend a couple nights. Huge disappointment. It’s like the out of order holes. Washer, elevator etc . Since only one elevator working every trip took forever. The “heated” pool is was 73. Unknown pill left on bathroom floor. $20 to park a block away. Will not stay again
