The small living room with pull out bed that was separate from the bedroom was a hit with my littles. Very spacious, clean a home away from home.

The WiFi didn’t work, the housekeeping were rude and disrespectful, I didn’t have towels, ice buckets, soap, etc. The refrigerator didn’t work, and the rooms weren’t completely clean.

We have visited this location a few times a year for the past 3 years. We normally never have an issue. However, we tried to stay this past weekend. I flipped on the light and a cockroach the size of a quarter came barreling out from under the desk. We killed it.
Their wifi was down and no tv as well.
We went to the front desk to let them know about the cockroach and that we were going to be leaving. The woman at the front desk was kind and told us we had to call the manager in the morning to get a refund. So we left and called to speak to the manager the next morning. The manager wasn’t in and we were assured we would hear back from her the next day. Still nothing….

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The doors were hard to open, the room set up was nice but strange. The outside area is near a trucker stop and it feels like it if that says enough.
