Location wise this hotel is perfect but quality wise not good. Exterior is too bad and lobby also. When I went to the room that time I observed that door was already opened and I did not require to use the key. I feels its scary.

I am a group tour operator and took a group of senior adults to Virginia Beach and stayed at this hotel. The staff were great and the rooms were very nice. I had thirty passengers aboard and everyone was pleased. I would recommend this property to all my friends.

Safe and friendly hotel. Very convenient. Expensive but competitive with other hotels in Virginia Beach. Spur of the moment getaway without a reservation. They were very accommodating. Rooms were oceanfront views. Parking is limited.

The staff was very friendly though we couldn't understand them they were always quick to get us anything we needed room was clean we had the best view to watch the sunrise ..our bartender Sunday evening was the best this is our second time staying and will be back

This hotel was not great at all. The walls were all marked up. The hallways were the same. The place needs a paint job. The AC on the halls was not on. The ice machine was inoperable. The handle on the ladies’ and men’s’ washroom lobby level was torn off. No paper towels in ladies’ room. Basically it was quite rundown and should not be part of the American Airlines AAdvantage partner program. Wasn’t worth paying over 15,000 points. Very disappointed.

I have a few mixed feelings regarding this hotel stay. We are a family of five, three boys under the age of 16. We travel a lot and I understand as the kids get older we will eventually have to book separate rooms. We are not at the point yet. My youngest is 4 years old. We checked in last night about 6:30. The check-in-staff was okay he wasn't exactly friendly but he got his checked in answered some questions gave us our room keys and we went upstairs. At first glance, the building is in need of some updates old carpet chipping paint etc. What I really care about is the room which I'm going to get into in just a minute. To let you know this place does not offer any type of breakfast. As you can tell from the pictures the room is pretty small no sofa bed two double When I went downstairs to inquire about a possible roll away bed the gentleman at the front desk told me he would have to check. I also asked for extra pillows and linen so that I could potentially make a bed. The front desk did eventually bring us pillows and linen but told me that told me that they no longer had rollaway beds. I explained to him that when I book hotels we usually have a pull out bed in the rooms I've never had an issue with that. He then proceeded to tell me that they do have rollaway beds but they are $45. Upon researching they offer them for $25. This is not worth the price. Final bill $118.00
