It always are a d stay I will continue staying when we can

The hotel room was not clean. The sheets weren’t clean and there weren’t any blankets on the beds. The elevator was out of order. The building looks like it has foundation issues and needs renovations.

I booked a room for my unhorsed relative for one night because it was the cheapest available room for the night and the situation was urgent. When I asked on a call if there was anything else I should know before she got there for check in, I was assured it would all go smoothly. My relative got there and the staff was rude because she had her belongings in a trash bag. I didn’t tell them she was homeless on the call because I didn’t think it was necessary for the CHEAPEST room available to mention such a thing. And they didn’t think it was necessary to tell me she had to have a credit card or $100 cash deposit to stay there. Almost twice what the room would cost. Still haven’t been refunded by the way… So then I had to pay for a second Uber ride to pick her up from that hotel and book her at an even more expensive one that was much kinder and made it easy for me to pay for the room and her just rest. I won’t be using sundial because they clearly lack compassion

It was very quiet and the staff were were helpful.

Really enjoyed how polite and helpful staff was & convenience of everything and overall price and experience.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. Also everywhere was very convenient to get to.

Staff was helpful and efficient. The room was clean if outdated. The bed was comfy and the shower water pressure was great. If you are looking for something reasonably priced, this place is satisfactory.
