The hotel was in a very bad area. The locks on the front and deck doors were broken and we felt very unsafe. We checked out 2 days early once we were able to reserve new rooms at a safer hotel

The view of the beach was beautiful! The staff was friendly. Pool was warm. The ocean was cold. Room had nice amenities. Nearby restaurants were delicious. Supercalifragilisticexpealidocious. Supercalifragilisticexpealidocious.

I've been coming here for years. Like always it feels like a home away from home. When you walk out the back door, you have direct access to the beach! Very convenient location for family fun and restaurants. Great customer service. Biren check us in and was very friendly and efficient. Later on we met the new General Manager Irvin went out of his way to accommodate our needs. All in all I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.....but not to many people cause I come 3 times a year and I want to make sure I get a room.

Front desk employee wasn’t helpful. They don’t answer the phone at the front desk. Trash in the hallways. Stains on the comforter. Door to balcony gets stuck. Shower was slippery. Hand soap was hanging off the wall. Room was small. Hallways and elevator stink!

There was a lamp that was broken and the metal part of the shade was in the broken part. The bathroom faucet was broken The commode didn’t work. Had to fix myself. Stains on the bed and chairs. The floor was wet beside the bed and wall. The people were rude.

Front desk staff was unfriendly. A mysterious charge was made on my credit card and the hotel was dirty and poorly maintained.

The room with kitchenette overlooking the ocean was simply tranquil. The occupancy was low, so there was not a lot of noise or issues with elevators. We will definitely stay again!
