Floors need scrubbing! Otherwise a nice resort, excellent staff and location. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Key card did not work and I had to stay at a friends room. Maintenance didn’t fix it.

Overall we were not pleased with our stay. The walls were very thin and we could hear a lot of noisy people all throughout the night. The parking was also difficult for a large SUV.

The bed was comfortable and the employees were helpful. But we will not be coming back. We stayed a full week and bought food to have two meals a day in the apartment. The refrigerator froze everything solid, ruining most. The manager said the refrigerator worked and to thaw out what we needed each meal. We had to toss most food. Maintenance did not come although we waited for hours. We asked for a different room and never got a reply. There was a loud rhythmic noise in the room upstairs, like something large and heavy being dropped over and over again. There were other maintenance issues but due to our previous interchange with management we chose not to report them.

We loved the daily crafts! They even had a special one for Mother’s Day :) this was perfect for my family since we have a newborn we could just go to the 3rd floor do the craft and there was an area to hang out with the baby. Joanna was amazing…very friendly, personable and super flexible with the crafts and our schedule! We really enjoyed our daily crafts with her!!!

The wife and I have been time share owners/exchangers since the early eighties. Many, many wonderful vacations over the years, and this trip has been wonderful. While the Ocean Key Resort is older, it is clean, well maintained, and the staff is wonderful, especially Joanna Micele who serves as the Director of Activities. My wife got to indulge in two of her favorite things: crafting and jewelry!

This resort needs a ton of work and units are not very well maintained and need to have a total renovation. There is only one window in the unit and kitchen is tiny!!!

We booked a deluxe 2 bedroom, so we’d have 3 beds. We were given adjoining rooms which meant 2 beds. One of us slept in the couch. The door lock was broken. It kept beeping. The pool was nice. The hot tub jets pushed out cold water.

Kitchen missing basic items (e.g., frying pan). Dishwasher was not screwed into the counter, so the entire unit would tip out when unloading it. Incredible that the staff inspection did not uncover this Front desk staff not very friendly but a great custodial staff. Location is a block off the beach & we found lots of road noise along Pacific Avenue
