Kitchen had roaches, my room wasn't ready (was able to check-in 2 hours later), my room door was jerry rigged to provide me some type of protection and safety. The elevators were broken the majority of the time. The parking lot elevation was broken the majority of the time. The front desk customer service has no clue of how to provide excellent customer service for those visiting and seeking a great experience. I hope this is enough for you to STAY AWAY. Go if you want them to try to sell you a timeshare. They believe that's all you're good for.

It was loud. Hard to get room service. Staff not pleasant. Vending machines did not work. No hot water.

The hotel had couple stuff that was broken, the stopper in the shower, one of the sink was clogged, the towel hanger was broken, two elevators but only one was working, and with everyone checking out at 10am, had to use the stairs with luggage, because every time the elevator came it was full, stayed at many hiltons vacation stay before, but this one was my worst experience ever.
