SureStay Studio by Best Western Virginia Beach Oceanfront

Very convenient to shopping,beaches and dining. It’s an efficiency so you can choose to cook in or dine out. View was excellent and staff was available for an issues. Very friendly and professional. Clean room and spacious to move around. Would definitely book again.

The lady that checked me in was very inviting and friendly and told me about restaurants and entertainment I can't remember her name but she was great. Also, I love that the room has a kitchenette and it was oceanfront. The only thing that I did not like was being on the 7th floor and that's just because I'm terrified of heights.

We had a great stay. Bring something to block noise tight. We could hear everything, a box fan fixed the rest of the trip. Front desk was friendly & helpful. Hotel was clean & reasonably priced. Great view for sunrise & even caught some dolphins playing our third morning.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a king suite with kitchenette on the top floor. Great views of the beach from the balcony or sitting on the couch. It was nice to have a tv in the living room and bedroom since it’s NHL playoffs there was no fighting over the tv. The kitchen had everything needed to make quick meals. Was also great having a full size fridge with freezer. They don’t offer a breakfast but we knew that ahead of time and brought breakfast items with us. Microwave and coffee maker also came in handy. Plenty of towels, great water pressure, hot water and wifi worked great. Great location about 1/2 between the pier and King The only thing we missed was having a coffee table at the couch. We used the kitchen chairs as a makeshift table.

Outlets in lamps didn't work. Main door doesn't open all the way bc it hits the bathroom door. Other than that, the room had a great ocean view and full kitchen was a plus. Houstkeepibg came everyday. Walking distance to shops and restaurants too. Great location.

Would have given them a 5 if it were not for the people next to us smoking on their balcony and us not being able to enjoy our outside space because of it. I was sent multiple emails about this being prohibited so was super annoyed about it not being enforced.

Finding the check-in was the most difficult. No signs were present! Hopefully they will open a true lobby soon and have signs to tell you where it's located. Room was small but functional. There were 5 of us. Definitely would not, exceed that amount unless it's small kids. Need more chairs in living area. That was the roomiest area. Parking area tight! Would hate to see it full. Larger vehicles would have difficulty parking. No breakfast!🤨 Nice staff. Just a quick getaway. Wish weather was warmer!🤪

The General Manager checked me in. You can park on the first or 2nd floor, then take the elevator up. I had a room on the 7th floor. The balcony that faces the road is wide open which is a little strange. Then you go into a narrow hallway where there is a room on the left or right. WHen you open the door, the door doesn't fully open as its a tight hallway. The room layout is strange. You have the bedroom in the back, with no view of the ocean. The bathroom is tiny and in the middle. Then there is the kitchen/living area with a couch and the ocean view. The balcony is very narrow!! The sliding door has no mesh slider, so if you leave the door open theres really no barrier for bugs or whatever. Theres also no coffee table or anything for the couch, only side tables. Bathroom is tiny, low ceiling, but the water was nice and hot, good water pressure, and the shower head is not low! The WiFi was AWFUL. 2mbps top speed. The WiFi password also expired at midnight on my 2nd night. The bed had no comforter. Just 2 sheets. There was one of those itchy brown blankets in a plastic bag I threw on top. Beach access is pretty easy. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would try another place next time I come to VA Beach.
