The outlet in room 202 on the wall between the bed and the kitchenette in the main room needs to be looked at by an electrician. I simply plugged my phone charger in and there was a big spark. It destroyed my charger. That's why we did not stay. Even my 14 year old said it wasn't safe.

Hello, when I opened the door to the room it really smelled bad, the cockroaches ran out from under the door, the door did not close properly from the front, the sheets were stained as well as the towels, there was mold in the wall bathtub and it was clogged... When you showered, the water didn't go away.

The room was very dirty, the fridge did not work, the A/C did not work, there are roaches at night. overall it is not a good experience, and do not recommend staying at this hotel. The property management system is handled by a family, amd they do not address the issues well. When notified about the non working A/C, they provide fans which do not fix the issue, as they only blow the same hot air in the room.

Worst experience ever .. the Roaches took over the hotel .. the floors was disgusting, i kept gagging .. the mode is everywhere.. where are they still in business. Something is not right about this. .. them hotel should be condemn.. i eat in the car it was so bad .. i paid for 2 night and stayed 5 hours out of 42 hourswith no refund ..i even had to go to er my bronchitis flared up .. this is very bad look for Va Beach ⛱

Staffing was not the best, the people who worked there couldn’t bother to greet me and my friend and seemed annoyed and irritated to be working. The place was not the cleanest. The roof began to leak and was just giving an overall not good experience. Don’t recommend to book here.

Would have given at least one more star if the room had been clean. There is a small kitchenette but the sink and stovetop had a raw piece of plywood bolted down over them. There was a fridge/freezer that was larger than most that you see in motels and a microwave - no coffee maker. The “suite” had a full-sized (smaller than Queen) bed in the front room. There was another room at the back of the unit with a king-sized bed but the room was dark and creepy. We closed the door and slept out front on the smaller bed. There was one small TV in the unit and it was in the front room. The front desk unit stays locked all the time and they come out and open the door for you, which makes you wonder about the safety of the place. The room was quiet, 2 blocks from the beach, very reasonably priced. I would have been happier if it had been cleaner. The room smelled dirty and the floors were scuzzy so we didn’t take our shoes off until we went to bed and had to put them on each time we got up during the night. Also, parking spots are really narrow but you’re better off if you can back into the space because backing out onto busy Pacific Ave. is dangerous.

Not at all what was expected or shown on web site. Appliances were old and dirty. Mold and mildew on shower curtain. Was close to the beach. There were roaches crawling around in the room. Water didn’t get that hot. No extra towels. Was afraid to take shoes off in the space. Even though the price was low it still was too much for the condition of the property. Will not book here again.

Do not spend money on a room here! The smell is nauseating. There is a huge cockroach infestation. The place needs to be torn down. There’s a sign by check in “15 minutes after check in, refunds are not allowed.” There is a reason why! I wish I had ran back and got my refund. Do not stay here. Get a room at Days Inn!!

It was a great stay. Nice and big room. Only complaint is you can’t control the heat, and the blankets aren’t heavy enough so I froze when I slept. Definitely should have worn a sweat shirt and sweat pants to sleep.
