window had previous persons lip and face marks where they pressed face against window probably children. musty smell plus 2 chairs outside with red stain that looked initially like blood and on wall. I figured probably a red drink though. Electric not hotels fault went out for hour or 2 second day. hotel is not on beach it's across street from other hotels. parking spots are tight. Virginia Beach itself is amazing.

The hot water went out in the room while I was taking a shower. Contacted front office and the manager, Kerri sent maintenance up. Maintenance couldn’t work on the hot water while we were in the room. We were given a room key to a room that was across the property and told to shower there. This property has outdoor access to the rooms so it wasn’t just easy for me to dry off with soap all over me and walk outside, across the property to reshower in another room. There was no compensation for the inconvenience of not being able to shower, only “I said I’m sorry.” Will definitely never stay there again. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t great and the towels were stained, as well.

Nice room for a weekend getaway. Staff was very nice. We were able to have a room on first floor and park right in front. I gave 4 stars because it could use a little updating.

Had reservations for the weekend to go to my son’s car show at the convention center. The room was horrible. Odor so bad I could hardly breathe. Light fixtures broken. Maintenance guy tried to fix smell but nothing helped. Afraid to touch anything, room was so nasty. Left hotel and asked for refund. I left tired, hungry, upset and had to pay more money for a last minute reservation at a better hotel. Learn from my experience and don’t book here!!!

Worst place ever. Shortest stay ever. 15 minutes after checking in checked out and booked another place. Manager was unapologetic, rude and unhelpful. We had 2 rooms and left them both. 1 room smelled of cigarettes very bad the other smelled of mold and musty.

Okay place for weekend, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops, and the window drapes closed tightly to make it dark in the room
