Ate brunch at Becca and it was so good. Highly recommend the crab cake sandwich, crab omelette, and cinnamon bun! The space is also very beautiful and bright! Our waitress, Aicha, was wonderful! She was very attentive and helpful! Highly recommend!

Enjoy a breakfast at Becca Restaurant and Garden. Chef Dean served the best shrimp and grits I have ever tasted. Jeremy, our waiter, didn’t miss a beat. If you prefer old world service and details, then make a visit to this restaurant and hotel.

This is a very nice hotel, well appointed, great customer service and amazing food. The hotel is a timeless relic with a rich history and impeccable landscaping. Pros - A work of art - great customer service and check in experience - Food was amazing - room was clean - this hotel rings a sense of wealth, prestige, and class(ism) Cons - Althoughs rooms are nice, they are small - Theres a strong aroma of classism here, for sure. No fault of the hotel, but the pictures that captures the history of the hotel, thats plastured throughout the hotel, tells an unspoken story of the "richness" of the hotel's history. I am glad they are more inclusive now. Overall, I will be back!

This was very 1st overnight stay at the Cavalier. The service, as always, was impeccable. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The onsite restaurants and amenities can not be matched. The fact that there is an onsite distillery that offers tours should tell you how unique this property is. Let's not forget the spa!!!

Stayed at The Cavalier for 4 nights to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We are local to VB but moved out to Chesapeake, so this is a great staycation option. I highly recommend services at the Seahill Spa, events at The Beach Club, and breakfast/lunch/dinner at Becca! Our waiter Jeremy was an amazing host and there was just something special about the chefs’ attention to detail to each dish. We thank you for the intentionality, the mark was not missed. This is the kind of place you indulge in if you are looking for 5-star getaway and service.

I’m not one to write reviews but the service and attention to detail at the Cavalier is unparalleled. From the moment we arrived, Meena felt and treated us like special friends who wanted the very best for us. Then, we went to Becca and had Jeremy K as our waiter… the attention to care and concern for making breakfast a wonderful experience was top notch. In a day and age when customer service has declined in most places, The Cavalier and particularly Meena and the front lobby staff and Jeremy have absolutely made our trip and continued the Cavalier’s attention to their visitors this beautiful hotel. If you’re looking to feel seen, special, and have a memorable trip away…I would recommend the Cavalier every time!! I can not thank them enough for the memories made!

If I can give 0 stars I would. We got tickets for the Grand Easter Celebration but we were basically shood away by a Valet manager. There’s a nicer way on saying that parking is only for residents and people who have reservation for Becca restaurant. He was basically so rude and disrepectful to my husband and family when we DID NOT get a disclaimer on our tickets that we aren’t allowed to park there. We got a confirmation ticket from Cavalier saying we are confirmed to go but it doesn’t specifically say that we aren’t allowed to park in hotel parking. It should’ve said we aren’t allowed and it could’ve made sense for him to give us attitude! My husband and I lost your business. We are never going to that hotel or any affiliated restaurants or hotel! Such disgusting way to treat customers!
