Lovely hotel and staff/owners. My husband and I only had 1 night, but wished we had more. Our room was fun and cozy, the staff/owners were lovely, and breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend the Hotel San Giorgio!

Wonderful stay at this charming hotel with great views of the harbor from our huge terrace. Evan was a gracious host whose breakfast was terrific too. We were sorry we couldnt enjoy his restaurant since we were there towards the end of high season and it had just closed. Easy walk to and from busy town and ferry, with many options for lunch and dinner. Vis is a ailing meca as the line of docked sailboats seems endless along the prominade.

Such an amazing hotel! The rooms were comfortable and cool. The staff was SO friendly and available. Gave us beach towels for beach days and lots of great recs. The breakfast was delicious with lots of coffee options. In the incredibly beautiful old town part of Vis. We last minute needed my room for a wedding event and they were super supportive and accommodating.

Wow!!! What a charming and gorgeous hotel with equally charming hosts!! We adored staying here - 3 perfect nights!! The hosts go out of their way to make your stay as good as it can possibly be!!! We loved the ambiance, decor and all the little details that set this hotel way above any other we have ever stayed in!! We came with friends and were fortunate enough to be placed in our own building with our own terrace!! Such a pretty place! Loved the bathroom products and even the glassware provided is lovely. (best hairdryer ever in a hotel!). Bed is very comfortable and the breakfast provided is very delicious with many options!! (We even had a mimosa with breakfast) A great area of Vis Town to stay in - we enjoyed all the local bars, restaurants and bakery! (2 supermarkets close by). Such friendly people and delicious products! Not to mention the great views and crystal clear water (can swim within a 5 min walk). Very special place!!! Do not hesitate in booking this hotel if you ever visit the very gorgeous Vis Island!!

A truly wonderful hotel (and restaurant). one of the best I have ever been to (and certainly the best at the price). Everyone was super kind and helpful -- including the owner who we met and spoke with on multiple occasions. All his staff -- literally everyone -- was just as kind and helpful. The restaurant, across the alley, is truly spectacular. Great food, reasonable pricing and an extremely thoughtful (and patient!) waitress who helped me choose a great wine. The restaurant setting -- in an old ruin -- is memorable. The room was clean, spacious (with a separate sitting area) and everything worked well (even the stocked mini-bar was free). Very clean, everything worked. The room exceeded all expectations. I really cannot praise Hotel San Giorgio highly enough, and I am usually quite the critic of hotels! Thoroughly recommend!

Hotel San Giorgio is a beautiful property in a convenient location of Vis. The hotel staff was welcoming, knowledgeable about the area and the room exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this property for your next Croatia holiday!

We had our pre-wedding party here on July 29th 2023. We also stayed for a few nights before we got our villa for the week. The stay was amazing, the staff and a**osphere are fantastic. It’s beautiful and the staff are super friendly. Great value for money. Our event was exceptional and they pulled out all the stops. The food and drinks were perfect, everyone was complementing it throughout the night. The courtyard setting is beautiful and with the live music created a fantastic vibe. The owners are really lovely and super helpful with any queries or assistance needed. I would recommend anyone to come here to stay, eat, or even organise an event!

Our group of 6 had the opportunity to spend one night at this amazing hotel when the sailboat we rented needed replacing because of a major issue with the vessel. The hotel and restaurant itself is both beautiful and charming. The rooms were all in immaculate condition and very clean. The beds were also quite comfortable. Finally the owner and staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. In addition to exceeding all of the normal expectations they were even able to do some “emergency” laundry because of the boating incident. We were only able to have breakfast. It had everything you could wish for and like everything else was very well presented. If you find yourself traveling to Vis and there is a vacancy then look no further.

A high end quality boutique hotel experience wrapped in 400 year old Venetian architecture. This one with an unusually warm and friendly family ambiance. Their included breakfast was very good; and their adjacent restaurant supper memorably fine. They have a gifted young chief.
We count ourselves very lucky to have found this place. You will as well.
