I recently stayed at a hotel that unfortunately did not meet my expectations. The most glaring issue was the sleeping arrangement; despite booking a room with a king-size bed, i was provided with two single cots. This not only caused discomfort but also took away from the experience one would expect from a king-size accommodation. The condition of the bathroom was also unsatisfactory. The floors were scaled, which is a clear sign of neglect and lack of proper cleaning. This made the bathroom feel unhygienic and left me concerned about the overall cleanliness of the room. Moreover, the stay was marred by electrical issues. The power would frequently trip, which we discovered was due to a loose contact in the energy saver key-card holder. This was not only an inconvenience but also raised concerns about the safety of the electrical setup in the room. Overall, the experience was far from what one would expect from a reputable hotel. The issues with the mattress, bathroom, and power supply are indicative of a lack of attention to guest comfort and room maintenance. I hope the hotel addresses these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests.
