Rooms were very very dirty, we travel-led with family i have a son who is 10 months old, he just played in the room and his feet and hands were filled with black dust, there was a lot of smoking smell, it’s not hygiene at all, i never ever suggest this hotel to family stay never ever, the breakfast is so bad, hotel is very bad.

The people operating this property doesn't inspect the amenities being provided. At night it gives stained bedsheets and pillows, lots of mosquitoes, cockroaches.I believe they lack compassion for the visitors. I have never had such horrific experience till now.

First of all I personally feel, that saaket people are day by day loosing their regular customers.
i called reception and asked whether my booking is confirmed or not. they said pls be we will confirm, 12 mins to 15 mins i was waiting for their response but no body answered. afternoon after check in i asked the staff member to spray room freshner as the room was very dirty and smelly, but no response till my check out. this is my 4 trip/visit to saaket hotel, this will be my last also.
