The service we received at Treebo The Butterfly was excellent. Right from phone enquiry ma'am till the reception guy, waiter, the cook, and all the staff were very well behaved and welcoming. They provided us with bottled mineral water Bisleri and buffet breakfast, and served tea as complimentary even after the kitchen was closed. Words are not sufficient to express the gratitude. Please continue to maintain the same standard and etiquettes and serve the customers with love and care. Hoping to visit very soon to experience the warmth. Cheers!

Though travelled during the peak time of the year ( end of Dec), the experience was pathetic. Let me start from the Pros and then we will go the bad part. Pros: 1. The location is good it is around 4 KMs from the station & near to NH16 2. All the tourists locations are within well reach 3. Rooms are good, well maintained as well Cons: 1. No buffet breakfast also only 2 options ( no breads, juice, omelette/ eggs - all extra cost) 2. Only 1 dining table (max 6 people can sit simultaneously) 3. No kitchen and no food available (apart from limited breakfast in the morning breakfast) but you can order from online food delivery apps 4. No towels are available, only 1 given per room. Also don’t change them 5. Staffs are good but seems like dumb and non-responsive

Room fan was not cleaned dust all over.dinner food cooked was not cooked properly. Check in time may be relaxed orelse,if checked in time is evening then there must be some relaxation for check out time.

Best in budget, totally recommended and very satisfied with the hospitality of the staff, rooms are big and spacious, well sanitised wardrobe and bathroom, fantastic room ambiance, with comfortable bed and duvet, loved my stay here in the property...

The stay was very good very neat and clean rooms, the staff were very polite and friendly overall was satisfied with the stay. The property did not charge for early check-in, which was great..they also have inhouse kitchen which is good

stay was surprisingly good. I did not expected from Treebo. this was my first experience. I just heard the name from one of my colleague. Hotel has kitchen which is really good than everytime going out. cleanliness and hygiene is maintained.

We had a great stay. Hotel is nice. Me and my wife liked it. Services are good such as on time food serving etc housekeeping was delayed and rooms cleaned after we arrived. That was disappointing. Which could be improved. Happy stay!

Treebo Trend The Butterfly -- Vizag.. Staff & Service is very good Rooms are well Maintained clean and hygiene. Food was great & location is easily accessible hundred percent value for money..........
