I booked here for two nights specifically first the indoor heated pool. I double checked before my travel to ensure the pool/jacuzzi were working. The pool was cold, and the jacuzzi was out of order. The manager was informed and she insisted the pool was heated and that it wasn’t her fault if it wasn’t warm enough for me. There were numerous other guests sitting outside of the pool, complaining it was way too cold - even pointing out that in spite of the cold rainy weather outside, and the huge windows in the pool area, there was no steam coming off the pool or condensation on the windows; which is what you would normally see with an indoor heated pool. The pool/jacuzzi situation was very upsetting & disappointing; however, the attitude and manner in which the manager handled the situation was appalling. I will not stay here ever again and do no not recommend this hotel. It’s a disgrace to the Marriott-BonVoy name. One positive note is that the front desk staff was very friendly and professional.
