Enjoyed the superb hospitality of Hotel Helgeand Wisby. The hotel building itself is filled with the characters. Visby was definitely the highlight of our trip.

Mycket bra, hjälpsam, omtänksam och kunnig personal som månar om sina gäster. Hotellet är perfekt beläget om man vill uppleva Visby. Det är även mycket väl beläget för bilburna. Lätt att hitta både in och ut ur Visby till och från hotellet och dessutom en bra parkering. Förvänta inga stora luxuösa rum med generösa utrymmen men väl fungerande rum med bra lösningar. Allt finns.

Fin gammal byggnad, bekvämt renoverad. En historisk miljö som slår det mesta. Utmärkt service från ägarparet. Något begränsad frukost, men bra kvalitet.
Uteservering på gården blir en oas.

We had a great short stay in this charming Inn in the heart of Old town Visby. The location is great the building is an amazing medieval building next to some ruins. The innkeepers are gracious friendly hosts who treated us very well. The breakfast is typical Swedish and good. They have small bar and tea and biscuits around the clock. The weather wasn’t great but we had a great time.

Perfect location, close to cathedral and other attractions. Easy check in when we arrived very late in the evening. Complimentary tea, coffee available for guests 24/7. Parking in the hotel property very convenient since Visby old town has very limited parking space. Breakfast was very nice with fresh home baked bread.
