I spent a week's holiday with my family with half board Bistrot formula. Friendly and well trained reception staff, very efficient. Very friendly but not very attentive dining room staff. Crockery runs out and is not replaced until the customer requests it. Breakfast buffet with excellent but extremely basic products, Bistrot formula dinner excellent proposal but to be expanded in the side dishes really to the minimum terms (I recommend additions of tomato salad, fennel salad, carrot salad, in addition to the chips and grilled vegetables and the green salad already on the list (3 side dishes for 1 week are very few...) Little variety of fruit at dinner and repeated in the breakfast buffet the following morning Room service staff rating 10 quick and efficient room tidying up perfect towel change general cleanliness of the room excellent Room really too small for 4 people, no living space. Excellent beach. Excellent distance from hotel. Good value for money

...from the outside a hotel like many others, but upon entering the entrance, you are overwhelmed by the kindness, friendliness and education of the staff. You immediately feel at home, everyone is thoughtful and super professional. Very clean and fragrant room, the cleaning lady, impeccable. Our daughters appreciated the rich and generous breakfast we had abroad "among the pines"... Excellent experience, we regenerated ourselves!

Small but nice structure, friendly staff, normal breakfast. Rooms a little small for 4 with a double bed and a bunk bed. Problem encountered with air conditioning, in June it was very hot and the air didn't work... we had to sleep with the window wide open otherwise it was hell inside. They had it checked but nothing.... To be resolved. Very kind staff and owner, especially with the girls. They also have a swimming pool affiliated with Hotel Oxygen, nice but for a fee (it seems to me to be €8 for adults and €6 for children) a bit much considering that we went there for half a day (in fact it rained for just 2 hours) To be honest, given the problem with AC, the hotel gave us free entry at the end of the bill. Approved !

Stayed here for a week as a family of 4; first impressions good - immaculately clean facilities, lovely staff and an impressive breakfast. Room too small for a family, but rooms cleaned each day and lovely smelling fresh towels provided. Size would be ok for shorter stay to be fair and the air conditioning was good. Wi-fi was hit & miss, but we didn't need it much anyway. Hotel on a pretty, tree-lined street and in within good walking distance of the beach and shops/restaurants.

Located in a quiet area surrounded by vegetation, 4 km from the center of Rimini. In the evening you can walk along the pedestrian street, the shops and clubs are open until around midnight. Nearby there are shops where you can rent bikes or scooters to get around. Excellent quality sweet and savory buffet breakfast with various options also for vegans and celiacs. Bar and reception open 24 hours a day. For those who choose half board, dinner is also excellent (very generous portions and always a different dish of the day). Super welcoming, cheerful and helpful staff. Impeccable cleanliness. Excellent value for money. I didn't give 5 stars because the room we stayed in for two nights was small for 4 people and had slightly dated furnishings. We will definitely be back!

Used as a support to take children to visit some theme parks on the Riviera, we received a welcome and assistance worthy of note. The hotel is well maintained, as is the room very clean and with everything you need, furthermore the context in which it is located is very quiet and shaded. In the evening we went out on foot to go to the nearby seafront and logistically it was very effective for our needs. Worthy of note is the breakfast, not huge in choice but of excellent quality, constantly replenished, even the cafeteria, despite being automated, was really good. If it had had a swimming pool it would have been great, but this is just a detail. We warmly recommend a stay at this property and congratulate the staff once again.

One night stay with friends, simple place and super helpful staff for every request. For a celiac friend they provided many packaged products of various gluten-free choices. The air conditioner in the room was excellent

I was pleasantly surprised by the care of the place, the helpfulness of the staff and the excellent breakfast. It's not the first time I've used hotels in the area and I find this one to be excellent value for money. Recommended!
