Located at the exit of Viseu de Sus on the national road. Good hotel to spend a night for the next day to travel on the Macanita train. Reception staff not very friendly. Parking is on the street in front of the Hotel. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Excellent bathroom. Good restaurant with traditional food. anyway good to spend one night

Waste of time, and very high prices. Simply a bunch of amateurs with NO RESPECT NO ATTITUDE AND NO EXPERIENCE LOOKS attractive from outside but nit mote than 2 stars. Service is horrible chaotic and hectic!

This hotel is situated in the small mountain town Viseu de Sus in Maramures. The views are amazing. The food is great and people is warm and helpful. The hotel have also a spa center. The hotel is outside the town, but at 10 minutes away you may try the experience of old steam train called Mocanita Maramuesului.

We have stayed in this hotel for one night and the service was great. Some of the pictures on TripAdvisor are old, the rooms are very nice, cosy, clean and spacious. The hotel has a spa area with a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, multiple sauna rooms, massage room, a little section with gym equipment and also a bar. The staff is very polite, they also have a restaurant with very good food. I will definitely recommend this place and will return in future.

The rooms are clean and very pretty. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are not. The rooms come with only 1 pillow/ person and they are really mushy. However they will provide more if you ask them to. Not sure if this applies for all single rooms, but the mini fridge is right next to the bed, so the light sleepers might find it a bit disturbing. The spa services are ok, but not great. Out of the 2 foot massage chairs, only one was working and intermittently. The other 2 warm beds should have been placed in a more intimate area where there isn't that much noise. The hotel does offer massages, but they don't have a dedicated masseur. And the scheduling is pretty chaotic. Also, the massage area is situated in a pretty noisy area, right at the entrance of the spa, and the room is not isolated. The staff is really helpful and polite, both the ones at the hotel and the ones at the restaurant. During our stay, there were some air conditioning issues, where one room had some leakage and the air conditioning stopped working for all the rooms. Not very pleasant when there are 35C outside. The food and service at the restaurant were great, they have great variety for both food and beverages.

The food is very good and the rooms are comfortable and nice. I strongly recommend to pay and enjoy the Spa facilities. The pool is nice, the foot massage chair, the jacuzzi and tropical showers. They also offer massages but they won't blow your mind - I wouldn't do it again. We will gladly return here. The breakfast was very yummy with many options -all fresh.

Schönes Hotel mit angeschlossenem Veranstaltungsgebäude. Wird wohl sehr gern für Hochzeiten genutzt. Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer war ohne Balkon und nach hinten raus, dadurch sehr ruhig. Restaurant ordentlich und gediegen, das Personal sehr freundlich. Im Kellergeschoss war der Wellnessbereich.
