O Hotel atingiu as espectativas que tinha, pois já conhecia o empreendimento e mantêm a qualidade do serviço e das instalações.
Relativamente ao preço, o valor apresentado pela Trip foi extremamente competitivo em relação às restantes agências para as mesmas condições de serviço, e mesmo em relação ao preço que seria cobrado pelo próprio Hotel em reserva directa (o que não consigo compreender...).
O pequeno-almoço disponibilizado foi de excelente qualidade e em quantidade.
O atendimento foi excelente sendo todos os colaboradores em serviço no hotel nesses 2 dias de uma simpatia e eficiência muito acima da média.
No entanto, fiquei um pouco decepcionado por a agência Trip, porque até agora, ainda não me ter enviado a Fatura relativamente ao valor pago. A única certeza de que tenho que o pagamento foi efectuado, foi-me dada pelo recepcionista do Hotel que me disse que os quartos estavam pagos, mas que não me podia passar uma Factura pois o pagamento tinha sido efectuado à Agência - o que é natural!). Nesta situação a falta de Factura foi muito desagradável porque reservei e paguei 3 quartos (para nós e para mais 2 casais amigos) e até agora não tenho nenhum comprovativo de pagamento para "fazer as contas" com eles.

Quartos limpissimos, espaço comum agradável, staff simpático e prestável. Pequeno almoço bastante bom. Uma sugestão coloquem Velcro o algo assim por baixo dos pés das cadeiras da sala de refeições. Sendo bastante pesadas as cadeiras o problema é o barulho que fazem. De resto tudo fantástico

Um fim de semana com amigos neste hotel. Experiência agradável. O hotel fica na periferia da cidade mas excelentes acesso à mesma. É um hotel com um ambiente muito tranquilo, a zona exterior tem uma piscina aquecida muito relaxante. O quarto é bom, espaçoso, com camas muito convidativas ao descanso. O pequeno almoço é diversificado, com produtos de qualidade. Apenas um reparo: deviam ter sumo de laranja natural.

5 ⭐ Suite é excelente, 2 quartos num. Óptimo para os meninos e para os papás... O hotel é sossegado, com piscina de água salgada aquecida, muito sossegada. Óptimo para famílias. O hotel não tem restaurante mas nós arredores bem pertinho tem... Recomendo o restaurante " pinheirão". Para um fim de semana, é possível conciliar cultura (a cidade em si, a sé, os museus, as igrejas, os parques ) e ainda relaxar neste hotel ... Tal como o nome diz é um Príncipe perfeito

Excelente ubicación para acceder desde la autopista y en zona residencial muy tranquila, a corta distancia del centro urbano. Edificio de estilo muy portugués con bonitos jardines. Habitaciones renovadas completamente. Personal muy discreto. Desayuno óptimo con café Delta Q y pasteles de nata. Posibilidad de tomar el desayuno en terraza. Parking gratis. Parece un Parador de Turismo. Dispone de habitaciones superiores con doble terraza. Para parada en ruta o como punto de partida para conocer la zona, es una opción de alojamiento de alto nivel.
