Ubicación genial, a un paso del centro histórico. Habitación muy cómoda y bien decorada. Piscina muy agradable, aunque por la tarde está a la sombra. Buen aparcamiento exterior. Personal amable. A mejorar: el desayuno. El café es malísimo, imperdonable en Portugal y en un establecimiento de este nivel.

Pousada de enorme beleza, muito confortável e o staff todo ele muito simpático. O átrio exterior é muito agradável e a arquitetura do edifício é deslumbrante. A zona do SPA é igualmente agradável no entanto o ponto menos forte. Iremos voltar certamente numa futura visita a Viseu.

The layout of this hotel is great, easy to find your way around, the rooms are nicely appointed and the great unparalleled common area was special. Add that to a friendly accommodating staff and you have a five star experience! Food was outstanding and the included breakfast provided was wonderful.

Boa localização, próximo do centro da cidade e dos locais de interesse a visitar. Áreas comuns e quartos muito confortáveis, com ambiente requintado e tranquilo. O SPA permite uma experiência relaxante. Excelente pequeno - almoço. Staff atencioso e sempre prestável.

An exceptional experience. Architecturally stunning building extremely well appointed in all respects. Rooms modern, extremely comfortable and spacious. Restaurant superb in both culinary delights and really friendly and engaging professional staff. This is our second visit in two years and most certainly we will visit again soon.

óptimas condições numa localização privilegiada para conhecer o Centro Histórico da Cidade. A equipa é muito prestável mantendo a simpatia que muito caracteriza o interior do País. Houve um pequeno mal entendido com o nosso animal de estimação aquando a reserva, que foi prontamente resolvido e reforça a opinião final que, não só o Hotel, mas sobretudo os colaboradores estão comprometidos com um serviço de excelência.
