good hotel in terms of location from airport and main city, having good clean and hygiene facility. food quality is also satisfactory, staff is very cooperative and helping. enjoyed my trip and would like to book again in next trip.

Conveniently located next to train station. Hotel restaurant was good and very nice breakfast. Air conditioning would have been nice as it was very warm that day.

Leider durch Pup im Erdgeschoss und mehrere Gesellschaften sehr laut! Der Bass war so stark!! Auf dem Balkon wars leiser, wenn es nicht so kalt wäre gewesen hätte ich die Matratze dorthin gemacht! Bis im 5. Stock war die Partymusik zuhören bis um 2 Uhr nachts Hotel hat sich zwar Entschuldigt, aber das sollten sie einfach beim Check in mitteilen, das sie Veranstaltungen haben...! Ein grosse Lob geht an die äussert nette Damen vom Frühstücksservice! Mit einem lächeln im Gesicht bedient sie jeden Gast!

Super convenient location across the street from the Visp train station. Breakfast included is a nice perk. We only stayed here for a night in between Geneva airport and Zermatt but its the perfect stop off because of the train transfer. We would stay again for sure.

Rooms clean but a bit small and outdated. The mattresses are rather hard, which I personally like. Unfortunately no fitness access. Breakfast ok but could be better. There were scrambled eggs but no bacon.
