Very helpful staff, going out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable. Even though they're not very comfortable speaking in english or hindi they always help out with a smile. Rooms are done tastefully and the quality of furniture is very good.

Rooms are neat and clean. Stayed there for my son's admission at iiser tvm which is near to it. Room service is extremely good. We reached there before check in time and they helped to get a clean room. Overall a pleasant stay.

1. They expect extra money after the booking confirmed
2. They allotted the staff room rather than the guest room. 3. No communication or service as i was alone during the stay

A tastefully done up hotel, with ample parking facilities. Rooms are clean and well maintainef, including the bathroom, and amenities are top notch. The restaurant wasn't open, but the attached bar is, and good food and drinks are available.
