Para una noche nada más. No hay armario, solo un par de perchas incómodas en una pared. La cama bien. El baño bien pero el lavabo diminuto e incómodo. Buenas vistas desde la ventana. El aparcamiento cuesta 10€ pero, hay aparcamientos cerca gratuitos. Son 10€ por perro y noche (no por estancia). Llegamos de noche con reserva, muy cansados, y tuvimos que esperar 10 minutos a que gestionara todo en el ordenador. Por fin nos asigna una habitación y cuando abrimos...estaba usada y tuvimos que bajar a pedir otra.

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero es ideal para dormir y descansar. Todo muy limpio y muy bien atendidos. Esta situado muy cerca de una parada de Tranvía y en 10 minutos estás en el centro de Vitoria. Lo recomiendo.

Staff diurno del hotel poco profesional y para nada servicial, necesitan entrenamiento y más experiencia. Las instalaciones son nuevas y está bien ubicado. El precio está acorde con la mala calidad del servicio. No repetiría porque lo barato resulta caro en el trato tan poco profesional del staff diurno.

Una habitación minimalista, acogedora, las cama amplia y cómoda, el baño con ducha sencillito pero no necesitas más, para ir a dormir solo fenomenal. Lo malo que encontramos es que no tenían botellines de agua para vender, pero nos dijeron que el agua del lavabo era potable.
