Good location, close to the city centre. Basic rooms, double bed was quite small and the pillows flat. When asked in reception for extra towels for the outdoor pool they didn’t give them and only offered to use the bathroom towels and exchange for clean ones after. Tooftop pool is a paddle pool (water level reached my knees). Clean overall.

Una estancia muy agradable. La habitación muy bonita, y con unas vistas espectaculares de Vitoria. El personal de recepción muy atentos y amables. Además nos ofrecieron un tour desde la terraza, (con una copa de txakoli), desde la cual pudimos disfrutar de unas vistas increíbles de todo Vitoria. Por poner una mínima pega, seria que el comedor para los desayunos; en mi opinión se queda bastante escaso de espacio ya que hubo un momento en el que no había mesas libres y tuvimos que esperar. Pero desde luego esperamos poder volver otro día, porque merece la pena, estuvimos muy bien.

El apartamento está muy bien no se oyen ruidos está céntrico todo limpio nuevo calidad precio está muy bien mejor que muchos. Hoteles de 3y4 estrellas. Dejan entrar perros en las habitaciones a mi el de la habitación de enfrente me molesto ladrando todo el día yo siendo vecino de vitoria tuve que coger apartamento y las chicas de recepción no me fueron nada agradables les preguntabas algo y parece que les estabas pidiendo algo buen apartamento pero hay gente que se merece estar en el paro porque no saben estar cara al publico

Muy cómodo, todo perfecto. El apartamento muy completo, tiene todo lo necesario. Muy limpio y bien decorado. El personal muy amable. Todo muy nuevo. Desayuno completo. Muy buena ubicación. Volveremos seguro. Totalmente recomendable.

Un apartamento fantástico. Muy grande con vistas maravillosas a la ciudad. Parking. Muy céntrico a tan sólo 10 minutos del centro dando un paseo. Los trabajadores de 10. Hay bares cerca si no te apetece bajar al centro. Tiendas muy cerca también. Repetiremos Seguro.

Excelente relación calidad/precio. Apartamento amplio, mobiliario como nuevo, baño amplio con ducha excelente, cama muy cómoda. Desayuno correcto, Kantina agradable para picar algo (especialidad en sushi, poke, tostas...).Ubicación buena con parking publico en las inmediaciones y amplias zonas peatonales , cercana al centro histórico de Vitoria. Excelente opción para conocer Vitoria.

Very nice staff. Not all the amenities of a good hotel, though. Still, no complaints. Be aware that it's tough to get alcohol after 10pm. We showed up at night in the middle of the week, and the bars in the area were closed. The supermarket was open, but they wouldn't sell alcohol after 10pm.

Hôtel choisi pour un arret juste d'une nuit franchement nous n'avons pas était dessus magnifique propre agréable apaisent sent super bon vue magnifique je reviendrai pour profiter de la piscine niquel on n'a adoré chambre bien équipée lit confortable
