I regret to say that my stay was not enjoyable. Traveling alone from the United States with three pieces of luggage, I found it challenging to manage without assistance. The front desk staff simply instructed me to take my bags upstairs myself, and the elevator was too small to accommodate all my luggage. Additionally, the room did not meet my expectations for the price I paid. I cannot recommend this place and will not be returning. The lack of help with my bags was a significant inconvenience.

Ficamos de passagem só de um dia para o outro, os recepcionistas super educados, quarto limpinho. A única reclamação foi para comer, como chegamos a noite, o restaurante só tinha a opção de buffet para jantar, os demais itens do cardápio não estavam disponíveis 🙄. Pedimos iFood e deu certo! Não tomamos café da manhã pois seguimos viagem logo cedo.

Em julho de 2025, nos hospedamos uma noite no hotel, pois seguiríamos viagem no dia seguinte. É um hotel bonito, bem cuidado, com aspecto de novo, muito bem localizado, próximo a posto de gasolina, lanchonete e farmácia. Além disso, disponibiliza estacionamento (já incluso na diária), embora um pouco apertado para carros maiores. O atendimento foi profissional. O quarto em si é bom, naquele padrão Íbis: um pouco pequeno e apertado, mas com ar condicionado, cofre, frigobar e TV. O banheiro tem box no chuveiro (o que é ótimo) e este é bom, embora a temperatura da água quente variasse constantemente. O colchão estava firme e confortável; os travesseiros, nem tanto. O que mais chamou a atenção foi o café da manhã: excelentes e saborosas opções. Muito bom mesmo. Achei a diária um pouquinho cara (cerca de 450 reais); algo entre 350 e 400 reais seria mais adequado. Porém, no geral, valeu a pena.

Excelente opção em Vitoria da Conquista , aproximadamente 12 km do aeroporto e próximo do shopping para almoço rápido. Hotel tem restaurante para o jantar., assim vc não precisa sair dele.
