This is such a lovely, friendly hotel. The views over the forested city are just the best view perhaps of any hotel we've ever been in. The staff throughout are amazing - so helpful and friendly. Big shout out especially to Allende in the restaurant who is an absolute credit to the hotel - made us feel so welcome and special. Overall, we can't wait to be back - great hotel and more importantly, great staff! Congratulations to the management on having such a special place.

Very comfortable structure with panoramic internal lift, clean mainly in common areas. Large rooms, comfortable bed, wide shower and very functional washing area.
