The best the situation. You can walk to the tourist and tapas area. The single room. It looks very clean. The bathroom with shower and gel dispensers. It has a hairdryer. There is an area on the third floor with a coffee machine (I love it) and another with water, soft drinks and snacks. There is also an iron there if you want to iron your clothes. Alright. Yes I would recommend the hotel.

The mattress in the room was extremely uncomfortable. The toy closet and bathroom amenities were conspicuous by their absence. Pleasant hotel in the city center, in a very quiet shopping mall. It’s a shame that my room, on the 1st floor, opened directly onto an interior courtyard, which was certainly not busy during my stay, because this meant keeping the window closed.

It is a simple hotel in the center of Vitoria-Gasteiz. Ideal to get to know the city. There is a self-check-in machine at the entrance, although at the time we arrived there was also the receptionist who helped us. There are details missing that with a minimum of maintenance would be solved, for example the room numbers were off.

The hotel is centrally located, clean, but the elevator does not work and they have not notified us...if I found out that I have to go up 3 floors with suitcases, imagine that we come with children in cars...I would not have come. It is very bad not to warn that It does not work, it is something essential and if you offer that service, the minimum is to notify that it is not available so as not to find this surprise.

We were a group of 6 friends to spend the weekend in Vitoria and we chose this hotel for its reasonable price compared to other options (double rooms at around 70 euros) and its very good location next to Plaza España…. Very central. The rooms pleasantly surprised me… modern, spacious and very clean. The bathroom more of the same. No complaints. It is a suitable option.
