Excelente café da manhã, a equipe de limpeza está de parabéns, recepção excelente , fui muito bem atendida pela equipe tanto no check-in, como no check-out e durante toda a estadia. Tudo perfeito. Deixo aqui a minha sugestão para que seja colocado na porta do box do banheiro (quarto 209) uma proteção de silicone ou outra qualquer para que a porta não fique batendo correndo o risco de quebrar, mas é apenas uma sugestão. Como também uma lixeira na área onde está a hidromassagem e na pequena copa, localizada no 8º andar.

Gostei de tudo: cordialidade e desembaraço no atendimento, limpeza do quarto, boa iluminação e acesso à tomadas no quarto, restaurante com boa variedade de opções no cardápio, estacionamento amplo, cama e chuveiro bons. Voltarei, com certeza!

Foi tudo maravilhoso. Funcionários super receptivos, comida maravilhosas, quanto bem aconchegante, foram os 3 dias mais incríveis da minha vida, a vista e incrivel. Em breve quero voltar a Vitória e me hospedar outra vez nesse hotel. Super recomendo .

Staff isn’t professional. Rooms are too small. Bathrooms are very dirty with mildew everywhere. Bathroom door is disgusting. Over priced for sure. Staff needs to ask management for every question asked.
I will never ever come back here. Ahhh, they charge extra for parking too.
