Все началось с заселения - обслуживающего персонала не было. Фото на сайтах не соответствуют действительности - бассейн и подход к нему в плесени. Горок и качалок нет. В душевой - плесень. Мебель пошарпанная, и даже ручка от дверцы держится на одном винте. Дверь в туалет заедает. Благо, что кондей работал, правда, всегда в одном направлении. Уборка была только после скандала. Чайника в номере нет. Воды питьевой в свободном доступе нет. Про отсутствие масок и бейджей у персонала - могу и не говорить, хотя хозяйка общаясь с нами говорила, что она сильно приболела и мы должны войти в ее положение. Столовая не работала совсем, потом ее еще и затопило. В последние сутки отключили воду и персонал ничего не предпринял и даже не предупредили. В общем - хамское отношение к постояльцам и полный непрофессионализм.
